A six week journey

This holistic programme is designed for anyone; men and woman; young and old, strong and lean… or not just yet!

Week 1 – Become a Health Rebel

It all starts with a new perspective. Why are we so unhealthy? How have various ideologies influenced our views of health and nutrition? How is this different from what the latest research shows is good for us?

You’ll measure your current health and create an eating plan based on your own health goals.

Weeks 2 to 4 – Nurture a Healthy Gut

  • Transform your gut health as the foundation for healing your body

  • Become your own nutrition guru as you learn which foods make you thrive and which make you ill

  • Learn to make food that’s healthy, tasty and quick

  • Understand how to fast safely

Week 5 – Create a Strong Body

  • Discover how many conventional exercise disciplines can injure your body and damage your health

  • Learn how to build and maintain muscle strength and flexibility – even as you get older

  • Understand how to trigger the body’s natural healing through environmental hormeses such as cold immersion and saunas

Weeks 6 – Build a Healthy Life

  • Use your knowledge of the body’s stress-response system to actively manage your cortisol levels

  • Harness your circadian rhythm to get a great night’s sleep

  • Use innovative breathwork to amp up your daily vitality
